Who else pays the ICU bill if you don't have enough insurance? Who pays the cop who investigates the accident? Who often pays the ambulance and fire clean-up crews? First, your insurance (i.e., some of the rest oUS)S) and second, the government (ALL the REST OF US). THAT IS SCARY. The beltless morons have a huge claim on my pocketbook!
