Good point.  This is, of course, already covered when it concerns _someone_
_else_ on your property.  If it can be shown that the property owner's 
negligence contributed to an accident, then a lawsuit is generally considered
to be valid.  Seems like this could be used to cover the seatbelt 
controversy...
