     Your argument may be right in one aspect.  But so what? 
I do not believe that the right or freedom of the stupid is such a damn
thing if it is regarding their right or freedom of maintaining their
stupidity itself.  Don't we actually physically restraint memtally
incapable patients against their will in order to keep them from hurting
themselves in mental hospitals?
     To make it short, ONLY THOSE WHO FLUNKED IN physics AND statistics
WOULD REFUSE TO BUCKLE UP IN THE CAR.

     It's true again that the U.S. Constitution allows you to keep
your right to remain to be ignorant.
