I would like to retract the harshness of my rejoinder. It turns out that communication through this medium is much harder than verbal communication because there are very few clues as to where to place inflection and emphasis and when such clues are given, they can be misinterpreted. I am glad that the communication issue was resolved, however, and thank Mr. Smith for not replying in kind to my message. I wish I could resolve his technical question.
