Go ahead and wax it. You can't buy Imron touch up paint, but you can try to match the color as best you can in enamel. Use wax remover or enamel reducer on the spots to get any wax off and touch up with a brush. If the spots are too big to touch up that way you'll have to feather them out and try to match the color in Imron.
