The scale has been changed to make it city sized, and whatever landmarks DC decided were necessary were superimposed on it. Star City looks a lot like Chicago, Metropolis is New York. Only Central City is not really identifiable as anything, with no coast or lake shores to use as a guide. The game doesn't really give more than rough geography. I'm running Gotham City in our local campaign, and I've said it's "south of Boston and North of New York and Metropolis." David F.
