X-Factor is a *mutant hunting* organization. Moreover, it is an organization in which *mutants hunt mutants*. Never mind that Warren and Scott and Bobby and Hank and Jean all have the best intentions in mind; X-Factor *hunts down mutants*. Now think about Rachel's universe, in which *mutants hunt mutants*. If X-Factor and Freedom Force ever got together... Maybe nothing has changed. Maybe Rachel's universe IS STILL THE X-MEN'S FUTURE!!! Especially if Freedom Force took over X-Factor at some point and began by executing the original X-Men. Rachel's memories would be essentially correct. Xavier's mansion would be next to go.
