     Unfornuately, DC still has 20 years of bad reputation, which is 
 worse than having 50 years of excess baggage.  
     I used to think that young fans coming into the hobby would
 do so without the anti-DC bias older fans have.  Observing these
 newcomers, however, I find that they have picked up that bias from
 fandom at large.
