Now, for the people who asked for a recipe for fudge made with cream cheese, here is one my wife has made: Beat 1 3 oz package cream cheese and 1 teaspoon heavy cream until smooth. Gradually beat in 2 cups sifted powdered sugar. Add 2 oz unsweetened melted chocolate and blend. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla and a dash of salt and 1 cup chopped pecans. Press into buttered 8-inch pan and chill. Makes 1 lb. Will
