   I thought I should take the time to thank all you good folks who keep
this newsgroup going.  I enjoy the discussions, the little hints, and of
course the recipes.

   The two most recent examples are my Thanksgiving dinner and a chicken
casserole recipe.  I asked for help putting together a Thanksgiving dinner
with a goose as the main dish.  I got many replies, recipes, and pointers
which I used and boy did the dinner ever turn out!  Thanks to all the
people who responded, especially Marsha and Laura.

   Another recipe that we tried a while back was one for a chicken
casserole (chicken divan ?).  Who would have thought that chicken,
crackers, mayo, and spinach taste so good together?  The dish has become
one that will be repeated regularly in our house.
