	I was leafing through one of my gardening catalogs and they had
a bunch of cookbooks for sale and to my surprise they listed the second
Gilroy Garlic Cookbook. Yes, garlic lovers, now there is another book
filled with great, garlicky recipes. It contains the award-winning recipes
from the 1983 and '84 garlic festivals. I haven't seen it in any book-
stores, so I can't say what the recipes look like. But if they're any-
thing like the first book, they're awesome! The recipe for Mary's Garlic
Bread in the first book is the ultimate in garlic bread. I'll post
it next week for those of you who don't have this book in your collection.
(I hope you have a good excuse!)
