Over the holiday season I did a great deal of cooking of foods and candies
I discovered that the Wok is the ideal pot so to speak for these ventures.

 I made Chex party mix in it.  This was perfect because usually I would
spill some mix when stiring but the high sides brought this problem to an
end.  Next use the wok as a mixing bowl for popcorn balls.  Another perfect
choice.  Then I cooked a turkey in it.  Wonderful.  The handles facilitated
the turning of the turkey in the oven and its removel.  Then I made the
gravey in the wok.
