   (Advanced Rogue 4.5)

     In a recent game, I drank a potion.  Next thing I knew, the
  tombstone appeared.  I had a score of zero and my death was caused
  by "a cursed potion."  Maybe it was a healing potion.  Does 
  anybody know what caused this?
