Paint quality on the stand fairly bad; it looks like they sprayed it and let the paint drip off, so some areas have sort of little sheets of paint attached and when you try to remove them you get bare metal. Easy to fix, though. Just another sign of the decay of good workmanship. I don't remember if they had longer ones, but I seem to recall a 4 foot one.
