Gardener's Supply Company [133 Elm Street, Winsooki, Vermont 05404 (802) 655 9006] has a combination flourescent/incandescent growing system that provides heat as well as light. Their "portable garden light" is four feet long but height is only adjustable by your ingenuity. Their more elaborate "Floracart" has three adjustable shelves, each with its own light/heat source. The whole thing is mounted on casters. Bo well made with no flaking paint.
