This is in response to something that was posted a couple of months ago
about Callan Data Systems.  That posting said that I had posted an article
saying that Callan had filed for bankruptcy.  I was not aware that the
article had been cross posted to net.general, so I responded only in
net.legal.  The belief that I stated that Callan had filed for bankruptcy
when they had not seems to have gained wide acceptance because of the
net.general posting, so I am posting this to net.general.

I did not say that Callan had filed for bankruptcy.  I said that it was
closing, or ceasing to exist, or some such.  There is a difference.
