Other similiar requests have been posted like this.  They can
all be answered by...

	Any GKS with MI (metafile input) will convert the
	metafile to any device that has a driver.  

As far as I know Visual:GKS *  is the only GKS that has a very
easy to change device interface.  It has HPGL plus many
specific HPGL compatible plotters.

* Visual:GKS, Visual:CChart, Visual:ProChart and Visual:Genisys
