the marshall amateur radio club experiment, marce,  will  orbit
with  shuttle  columbia  this week.  amsat requests no oscar 10
use during attempts to relay marce telemetry through it on mode
b.  listen only during relay attempts,

     dec 18  2340 utc to dec 19 0730 utc
     dec 19  2010 utc to dec 20 8245 utc
     dec 20  1900 utc to dec 21 0100 utc

the frequency through oscar 10 is 145.972 mhz,plus or  minus  3
khz.   record  on cassette and send to amsat for possible award
