  I am new to packet radio an am looking for some information about the
various packet controllers on the market. Which manufacturer ( MFJ, Kantron-
ics, Pac Comm etc.) offers a better box for the money? Who should I stay
away from and where can a budding packeteer get info regarding Rules & Regs,
Packet Conventions and Protocol, and sources of data & Equipment?
