Message-ID: <9190@ritcv.UUCP> Date: Tue, 17-Dec-85 18:55:25 EST Article-I.D.: ritcv.9190 Posted: Tue Dec 17 18:55:25 1985 Date-Received: Fri, 20-Dec-85 00:47:17 EST Reply-To: sji2796@ritcv.UUCP (Sam Iraci) Organization: Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY Lines: 18 [ soup's on! ] I can't seem to find any difference between my qvt101 and the 102's in the labs here. We have no termcap entry for the 101, so I am using the qvt102 entry with no apparent problems. Does anyone know what the difference actually is? Why does the qvt102 entry say tc=tvi910? Does this mean that whether I have a 101 pretending to be a 102, or a bona fide 102, it's still a Televideo in the long run? I have had no problems mixing either Qume or Televideo emulation modes with any Qume or Televideo crt termcaps (I haven't tried the Diablo entries); they seem to work interchangeably. What's the scoop? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sam Iraci RIT - Rochester, NY ... !rochester!ritcv!sji2796 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
