I spoke yesterday with an IDS person who told me about
tax-sheltered annuities.  Sort of like an IRA except
that my employer gives money to IDS (can exceed $2000)
who puts it into funds.  The early withdrawal penalty
starts off at 7%, then decreases to zero after 11 years.
I can borrow against the account, too.

Does anybody have any experience with this sort of thing?
