I have had excellent treatment and service from the Schwab office here in
Austin.  They haven't made any mistakes, and seem to value me as a customer.

In the past I have used Bache, Merrill Lynch, and Fidelity. They each in turn
screwed up my account frequently, and acted like they couldn't care less when
they did.
