I expressed my amazement at how this song 's lyrics got past the censors with the rawnchy refrain Wipe in the vaseline Think I'm gonna lose control. My friends were amazed too, until (unfortunately for me) the song came on the radio and I said "Listen--this is the song!". The actual lyrics are Life in the fast lane Think I'm gonna lose control.
