Years ago, on a planet far, far away, when I was a bored, night-shift computer
operator, my co-workers and I decided to amuse ourselves by making up jokes
(we didn't know any to tell). Someone thought up the theme "shoes" and so we
began to make up shoe jokes in the format: What kind of shoes does x wear?
And then making up an appropriate (terribly clever) answer. I will give you
some examples:

What kind of shoes does Bo Derek wear?        Tennies

What kind of shoes does a theif wear?         Sneakers

What kind of shoes does a hobo wear?          Loafers
 (perhaps that should have been, what kind of shoes
  do bored, night-shift computer operators wear)

What kind of shoes does Richard Nixon wear?   Tap shoes

Anyone care to add to the list? (I have MANY more, we were VERY bored, but
I thought I'd give net-land a chance, now that you have the general idea).
