If we can stand more mangled lyrics, my favorite was my brother's interpreta-
tion to "Stuck in the Middle with You".  The real words are:
   "Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right,
    here I am, stuck in the middle with you"

What my brother heard:
   "Clouds to the left of me, jokers in the rain,
    here I am, stuck in the puddle with you"

(makes sense!  And "they're" worried about what song lyrics will do to our
 children, hell, we don't even understand the lyrics!)
