I was getting bored of modem 'jokes', cartoon quotes, and other drivel (never mind the 'n' key; I use the 'k' key). I don't often laugh out loud here at work (makes my neighbors wonder :-), but I made an involuntary exception upon reading rdp's posting. Even as I read it, I realized half the fun would be reading followups from people who misunderstood it. Nowhere near as fun as the original, but better than Bugs Bunny. Congratulations, rdp, on another fine posting. Your "audio anecdote of the " (net.audio) is easily the best material on the net (in my opinion, of course). Keep it up, please.
