I've been reading this newsgroup for a while now, and I have noticed
that most of the articles relate to Ethernet. I would be interested to
what other technolgies are in use, especially in the States.

I have just completed some work relating to the Cambridge Ring, which is
a slotted ring system. I know that some sites within the UK have done a
lot of work with the Cambridge Ring (such as ukc and cheviot) Is there
interest in this sort of thing in the rest of the world?

Please email, and I will summarise if there is enough interest!
