Bjarne Stroustrup's information on C++ was lacking some bits
on how to get it in Europe, so I will add the latest info I have got:

C++ release 1.0 is available in Europe in source code form only from:
UNIX Europe Limited, 27A Carlton Drive, London SW15 2BS, England.
