A recent poster scolded others for commenting on pre-November-1985 drafts of
the proposed C standard, and directed folks to CBEMA for the November, 1985
version, noting CBEMA's $20.00 price.

Before sending in your $20.00, ensure that you'll be getting the November draft.
I visited CBEMA's Washington, D. C. headquarters today and asked for the
"latest draft;" what I was shown was the April 30, 1985 draft--albeit with a
goldenrod cover sheet dated July 1, 1985.
