<Look, pa! A line-eater>

I have been contacted by a academic site running VMS 4.X on their VAX.
Now they want to connect to the net & receive news. Does anybody know
of a cheap/public domain way to make VMS talk UUCP?

They do have the Software Tools UUCP, but it was intended to run under
VMS 3.X, and won't run with VMS 4.X...
