Lines: 15 In response to the person who stopped having colds after taking megadoses of vitamin C after 3rd year of college. I also have not had much in the way of winter colds since 3rd year of college. I used to get them frequently. I always thought it was just because I was too busy to have colds or ascribed it to greater spiritual development. I never did take up megadoses of anything. I have tried for the past few years to start off each morning with a glass of juice (usually orange).
