The article doesn't offer any solutions (sorry gang!) but it does discuss some interesting research in the area. And unfortunately, not all the news is good. For instance, research has shown that each time your weight yoyos it gets more difficult for you to lose the weight the next time. From personal experience I've found this to be true, and I've only lost more than 10 pounds 4 times in the last 8 years (and each time I never lost more than 20 pounds).
