The department where I work has purchased some TI855 printers with 
an option allowing the downloading of fonts. The manuals for the 
download option have never arrived. I have given up on the place where
the printers were purchased. If anyone has the documentation for this
feature I would appreciate being enlightened either with a copy, a part
number, or a description. Failing that, if anyone has found a way to
get help out of TI that would help. The person who answered their 1-800 number 
(1-800-TICARES; cute huh) pointed me to the local TI dealer who claimed
he couldn't get the manual without also ordering the download option.
I am in a small town with only one dealer. Thanx in advance. This net
is usually very informative.
