I am looking for information on RAM chip upgrade for the Tandy 1000.
I have a Tandy upgrade board on the pc and am looking for specs on
the chips I should use to increase from 256K to 384K (i.e. 150ns or
200ns and the number 4116 or 4164, etc).  Tandy wants $150 for a
128K upgrade while generic brands are considerably less.  Any info
will be greatly appreciated.  Incidently, there are 16 blanks for
the 128K upgrade and receptacles are 16 pin.
