I've found an excellent source I thought I'd pass on to you. Its Jameco Electronics, 1355 Shoreway Road, Belmont CA 94002 (415) 592-8097. Their shielded IBM to Centronics 8' printer cable (IBM-8PC) is only $17.95 (compared to $40-50 for the computer stores) and shielded 6' RS232 cables are $10.75 (male-male, MMS-2206) and $10.95 (male-female, MFS-2206). I've seen these cables priced between $35-$40 at the computer stores. The cables seem very well made and should be quite durable. The only catch is that Jameco has a $20 minimum order requirement. -- Terry Zrust AT&T-ISL Denver, CO (303) 538-4547
