While using it with my old disks, I noticed that "list" claims that many of my files are empty. Copying the "empty" files to new files restored their correct size, according to list. I didn't bother to track down why. BTW, this version does seem to correct the problem with reading/writing the serial port. I have a very old, primitive version of kermit I am now using to upload and download files at 9600 baud ("read" croaks at anything over 1200 baud, and is only good for download). Things are going MUCH faster now. I have considered posting it, but it is really not good for much else, it doesn't even have "connect" mode.
