A time honored tradition is to bring your new girl (boy) friend home
for the holidays. With this in mind when a friend told his family he
was bringing home his ``amiga'' he arrived at the big  family dinner
to find they had set an extra place setting for his ``girl friend.''

Uggh. Anyway, a  happy  new  year  to  all - this IS the year of the
amiga!
