I have some software that assumes you have a lowercase chip in your
][+, and I'd really like to be able to use it with my 80-col card.
(a ViewMax-80, supposedly compatible with the Videx VideoTerm)

Has anyone modified the Monitor ROM or the Applesoft HOME, HTAB & VTAB
commands to work only with an 80-column card?  Monitor ROM changes would
be preferable since I need scrolling window support as well.  Thanks.
