Everything from preregistration to printing name-tags should be handled with the MAC, including accounting needs for such an event. Your recommendations or thoughts would be appreciated. The configuration right now is *ONE* 512k MAC with external drive, Imagewriter and a Tecmar 10Meg hard disk. Expansion to larger than 512k memory and using more/other (Apple's?) hard disks, Laserwriter, or several APPLENETworked MACs is possible. My thoughts were to investigate/recommend the Microsoft-line of products (WORD,FILE,MULTIPLAN,EXCEL) and/or OMNIS-3 with a large (43Meg) hard disk, networked using OMNINET. please mail, I'll summarize and post (no need for anyone to send requests) ---Werner (werner@ut-ngp.ARPA or ihnp4!ut-ngp!werner)
