Come on now.  You can't be serious!  Get a recent copy of any "mac" magazine.
There are three commercial flight simulators available easily thru mail order
houses.  I don't know the company names, but they are MacChallenger, Harrier
Strike Mission, and last, but definitely not least, Fokker Triplane.  In my
(humble) opinion, Fokker is the best and most fun (I actually landed the thing
a few times without crashing).  Good luck.
