Does anyone in net.micro.mac land have the knowledge of how to create an ICON
and "link" it with a program, without typing the hex representation of the ICON
into the RMaker file?  I'd like to create the ICON and then somehow let RMaker
know where it is and have RMaker fetch it and associate it with the program.
Is this process is desribed (in a reasonable fashion) somewhere?  What utilities
are used and where can I obtain them?  Any help with this topic would be greatly
appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
