Er...not meaning to toot my own horn (or at least not too loudly!), I'm just now finishing off a program that will enable exactly what you require. It's called TransNet, and eats about 50K. It is a BBS system as well as a scheduled XMODEM upload/download program. It also includes UNIX-*LIKE* mail facilities and will shortly be interfaced for UUCP and KERMIT. It's about ready to market, but I'm still looking for a "few good Beta Sites". I figure the retail price will be around $150 (for corporations) and $80 for individuals.
