In the mean time: Why don't you suggest that your friend spend ~ $100.00
for a Hewlett-Packard 12C Buisness Calc. and another $15.00 for the 
HP-12C Real Estate Book, and sit down and solve problems.

Then find some consulting type to analize his needs. I'm big on HP equipment,
and HP in general,call a local HP sales office, they seem to have the time to
at least listen and make suggestions.

Like their commercials say durring football:
