( I tried to give proper credit for the quotes, but there were alot of people in this one. I believe the first is from the person who bought the package, and the second from a person at Microsoft.) seems to me that if I sign a *MICROSOFT* agreement it is *MICROSOFT`S* problem. If I had signed a Fujitsu agreement that said the same things, then it would be Fujitsu's problem. The agreement I sign ( I didnt buy one of these, but the principal still applies) with a company is with that company, and they *OWE* me support. If I had a problem with PC-DOS, since I signed an IBM licenseing agreement, I would go to them with my problem. I think we are seeing a problem here that is common with alot of software companies. They refuse to deal fairly with customers, but expect customers to protect their products from un-authorized use. Fairness runs both ways. #include stev knowles stev@seismo.CSS.GOV seismo!stev (click, click, click) Theres no place like $HOME, Theres no place like $HOME, Theres no . . . . . . . .
