I, too, would like to recommend that you see Dreamchild, as I enjoyed the film quite a bit (though not emotionally, really; more as a celebration of Carrol with an interesting personal story around it). However, I don't want to go into a full review, as I'm not sure quite how I'd either describe the movie or why I like it.
