Would the kind soul who earlier responded to my inquiry on music theory
textbooks by recommending "How to Play Piano Despite Years of Lessons"
please be kind enough to provide more information as to the author(s) and
or publisher?  I am having trouble verifying the existence of this book
through some of the local bookstores.
