I received some very encouraging queries from some 
netters in response to my previous 'news'

One specific query was on the tip i could offer.
It would be easier to zoom on a particular area of interest.
I could categories some of them as

FOR ENTERPRISING YOUNG (WO)MEN'S
	  government policy
	  kind of work on-going at home
			- for the home market
			- for the export market
	  free trade zones (FTZ)
	  getting man-power
	  getting machines or other resources
	  activities in various cities
