     Sue, who lives in an Atlantic Coast state, is talking on the phone to
her friend Jack, who lives in a Pacific Coast state.  At one point in the
conversation, she notes, "It's 1:30 here."  Jack replies, "Why it's 1:30 here,
too!"  Explain.

I will post the solution in three days.  Do NOT bother posting or mailing me
the solution; after all, no one's keeping tabs on how clever you are.

[Note:  I'm not playing word games here.  "Atlantic Coast state" means a 
 state from Florida to Maine, assume Sue and Jack are talking on the phones
 where they live, etc.]
