I'm new to this list. Please excuse me if I've missed the answer to my question from before. I have an old '027' gauge Lionel 2-6-2 steam engine from circa 1954 and am looking to find an ORIGINAL nose plate for it. This is something of a restoration job. The nose plate covered up access to the light bulb that provided light out the nose lens. I'm also looking to find out what that light bulb was so I can find another one. Anyone have any suggestions as to where I might look? Lionel would do nicely. Where are they these days? I header they've been bought at least once lately? Anyplace else around? Near Boston MA. would be nice but not necessary. Chris Johnson johnson%northeastern (CSNet) johnson%northeastern@csnet-relay (ARPAnet)
