Personally, I am primarily interested in model railroads and the H.J. Heinz Co.
fleet of specialized railroad cars.  I think that this group should be for only
those things that run on two rails:  i.e. electric, diesel and steam (yuch)
trains, subways, light rail/streetcars, etc.  Possibly it could be stretched 
to include monorails (such as Seattle's and Disneyland) and even stretched 
some more to include trolley's.  BUT NO boats, planes, busses, barges,
spacecraft, etc.
